Dipropylene glycol is a odorless, colorless, sweet, water-soluble and hygroscopic liquid at room temperature. Soluble in water and toluene, miscible in methanol and ether, with spicy sweetness and non corrosiveness. It has little irritation to the skin and low toxicity. It is suitable for flavors, fragrances and cosmetics.

2.Dipropylene glycol can also be used as coupling agent and moisturizer in a variety of different cosmetic applications. Some specific products include: hair curl, skin cleansing fluid (cold cream, shower gel, liquid soap and skin care) deodorant, face, hand and body skin care products, moisturizing skin care products and lipstick, etc.
3.Dipropylene glycol is also used in the production of unsaturated resin and saturated resin. The resin produced by dipropylene glycol has superior softness, crack resistance and weather resistance. The product has long-term yellowing resistance.
4.Used as cellulose acetate; Nitrocellulose; Shellac varnish; Castor oil solvent. It can also be
