Ethanolamine (2-aminoethanol, monoethanolamine, ETA, or MEA) is an organic chemical compound.The molecule is bifunctional,containing both a primary amine and a primary alcohol. Ethanolamine is a colorless, viscous liquid with an odor reminiscent of ammonia.

Application:

1. It is used as chemical reagent, pesticide, medicine, solvent, dye intermediate, rubber accelerator, corrosion inhibitor and surface active agent, etc.
2. As a gas chromatographic stationary liquid and solvent, plasticizer, rubber vulcanizing agent, emulsifying agent, whitening agent, dyeing fabric mothproof agent;
3. Used to remove acid gases from natural gas and petroleum gas and to make nonionic detergents, etc
